This USF UFF Town Hall is scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2020 at 5 PM on Zoom. Contact the Chapter Secretary for a link to the event. It will focus on how the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) can be used to identify and grieve problems that might occur during your annual evaluation and/or promotion and tenure decision process. During the discussion Steve Lang, Vice-President of the USF Chapter of UFF, and Karin Braunsberger, Chair of the USF UFF Grievance Committee, will highlight the relevant articles in the CBA. Also discussed will be how to document grievable events and meet deadlines for filing grievances.
