Time and place. The meeting was conducted at 12 noon on USF Tampa in EDU415 and on Zoom.
Attendance. 22 UFF members and one staff member.

President’s Report.
- Certification. We have collected 758 cards, 46% of the unit. There are some problems with employees being afraid of signing for fear of retaliation. Several other grievances, including Title VII and Title IX.
New Business.
Town hall on February 16. Plans for town hall developed.
Reports.
- Membership. We need a membership chair.
- Grievances. Working on the INTO grievance (which has gone to court). Two nursing faculty summarily dismissed.
- Publicity Committee. The Publicity Committee will develop a plan of action for the chapter.
- Treasury. We are solvent.
- Bargaining. Discussion.
