Time and place. This meeting was conducted at 12 noon on Zoom.


Attendance.
Sixteen members, including seven members of the Council, and one guest.


Minutes. Minutes for the December 19 meeting were approved.


President’s Report & Essential Issues.

  • UF Situation. Discussion.
  • COVID 19 Infection Report. State of the USF Covid Task Force.

New Business.

  • List Reconciliation Process. In process
  • Meetings next semester. We will wait until next semester to see what the situation is before choosing modality of meetings.
  • Football Stadium. There have been no meetings of the Athletics Council this semester.
  • Analysis of the USF Budget. We will rely on the Faculty Senate analysis.
  • Travel Scholarships. The following recipients were selected (in order): La Trecchia, Collins, Cass, Khawaja, Knight, Ruva. The following alternates were selected (in order): Khavinson, Lipscomb, and I. Berson.

Reports.

  • Collective Bargaining. No movement. Discussion.
  • USF Sarasota / Manatee. Discussion of online programs.
  • USF St. Petersburg. Discussion of online programs.
  • Membership. The effort is continuing.
  • Treasury. We are solvent.
