President’s report.
- Summer Update. SB 1296 has come into effect, and in certification elections, PERC will not certify elections with less than 50% turnout, by their computation using unit lists provided by the Administration. We have been advised to collect more SOI cards. Meanwhile, the Administration refuses to honor UFF course release assignments.
- UFF Senate Meeting. It will be in fall to save money. There is a committee exploring UFF’s continued relationship with FEA.
- Labor Day. Some UFF USF officers will attend the WCFFOL annual picnic at IBEW 915.
- BOT meeting. Discussion.

- Membership. We have liaisons.
- Treasury. The Treasurer presented the following modification in the Proposed Budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
