- UFF Advice. UFF has produced a handout on Updated UFF/FEA Guidance on BOG/Boe Syllabi Rules. Course Censorship, and Compliance Pressures (Dec. 2025).
- Open Discussion. How USF handles embarrassing cases.
Legislative Dumpster Fire.
- SB 1296 + HB 995. We anticipate that PERC’s capricious behavior will continue.
- Censorship and Academic Freedom. Discussion.
- Sarasota. Discussion of proposal to hand USF Sarasota / Manatee over to New College Florida.
Old Business
- Course Releases. Some colleges are already contacting us because they intend to plan for the next academic year now.
