Time and place. The meeting was conducted at 12 noon in on USF Tampa in SOC 145 and on Zoom.
Attendance. Seventeen members, and one staff.

President’s report.
- Ratification. Ratification votes will be counted on May 12 at 11 am in EDU 216.
- Certification. We are collecting SOI cards; during meeting, volunteers removed SOI cards from envelopes and alphabetized them.
- Chapter Meeting Schedule. The following summer schedule was presented to and approved by the Chapter: chapter meetings on May 22, June 5, June 26, July 10, July 24, with socials those evenings; membership committee meetings on May 21, June 18, July 2, and July 16; and contract enforcement committee meetings on June 11, and July 9.
- Summer Events. There will be a Labor Notes meeting June 12 – 13 in Chicago, an FEA Summer Academy on June 15 – 18, the NEA Representative Assembly in Denver in July, and the AFT National Conference in Washington, DC in Jjuly.
Committee Reports.
- Membership. We will start organizing a new system this summer.
- Budget. We are solvent.
- Publicity. Discussion of branding.
- Government Relations. Discussion.
- Contract Enforcement. Middle management is increasingly indifferent to the contract.
- Bargaining. Discussion.
