Time and place. The meeting was conducted at 12 noon in on USF Tampa in SOC 145 and on Zoom.

President’s report.
- Bargaining and Ratification. Bargaining now focused on Article 20 and 23.
- Certification. We are sending out SOI cards.
- Grift in SUS. Discussion of USFSM and UNF.
New Business.
- Election Results. Here are the results:
- Elected Officers. Steve Lang was re-elected president, Adda Farcus was elected vice president, Greg McColm was re-elected secretary, and Sonia Wohlmuth was re-elected treasurer.
- Senators. The following were elected to the Senate: Susan Ariew, Oscar Bernard, Robert Connelly, Olivia Cosentino, Adda Farcus, Jennifer Friedman, Laurel Graham, Molly Hamm-Rodriguez, Justin Henry, Andrew Kramer, John Lennon, Greg McColm, Judithanne Scourfield McLauchlan, Deanna Michael, Cynthia Patterson, Mildred Perreault, Christopher Pyfrom, Arthur Shapiro, Brian Turnbull, and Sonia Ramirez Wohlmuth. Leon Hardy and Matt Riechel were elected alternates and Steve Lang serves ex officio.
- Delegates. The following were elected to the Delegate Assembly: Linda Callejas, Molly Hamm-Rodriguez, Greg McColm, and Arthur Shapiro.
Committee Reports.
- Membership. There will be a social in two weeks. We will have shirts with the new logo. The Committee is composing a recruiting plan.
- Budget. We are solvent.
- Publicity. We have a new logo.
- Bargaining. Discussion.
