Time and place. The meeting was conducted at 12 noon on USF Tampa in EDU 415 and on Zoom.
Attendance. Eleven members, and one staff.

President’s report.
- Senate Meeting. There is a special senate meeting tomorrow to decide whether the fall senate meeting shall be online or in-person.
- Litigation. We are collecting old documents.
- Certification. We have been informed that PERC has subcontracted out components of the certification process.
- Fall releases. Administrators have said, orally, that the releases will not be honored, but have not put anything in writing.
New Business.
- Fall schedule. To be posted. The first fall chapter meeting will be online on August 28.
Reports.
- Membership. We have liaisons.
The rest of the meeting was devoted to alphabetizing SOI cards.
