Invitation to a Bargaining Session on Friday

The bargaining teams for the USF Chapter of the United Faculty of Florida (the faculty union, repesenting employees in the UFF USF Bargaining Unit) and the USF Administration (representing the USF Board of Trustees) will meet on Friday, March 25, at 1 pm, in CGS 140, in the Patel Center. Per Florida law, the meeting is open to the public, and UFF invites all interested members of the USF community to attend. (It will also be livestreamed on the United Faculty of Florida - USF Chapter YouTube page. Chapter Meeting Friday on USF Tampa at 11:30

Our next chapter meeting will be on Friday, March 25 in CGS 136 (in the Patel Center) starting at 11:30. There will be sandwiches, soda, and sweets. Any employee in the Bargaining Unit may attend. The meeting will end prior to 1:00, when we will all go to CGS 140 to attend the Bargaining Session.

Election Reminder

The annual chapter election is underway. All UFF members should have received their ballots; if you have not received yours by Wednesday, contact the Chapter Secretary. All ballots must be returned (in our hands) by Friday, April 1. For information about the offices and representative seats, and the candidates, see the Chapter Election Page.

USF United Support Fund for Food Pantries

Many of our students are struggling during this crisis, and the USF Foundation is supporting the USF Food Pantries to help out. They are accepting non-perishable donations, but one can also make monetary donations for the pantries at St. Petersburg, Sarasota / Manatee, and Tampa.
