Florida has a right to know
The State of Florida has just launched a Florida Has a Right to Know : Holding Government Accountable site listing salaries of all state and university employees.
The terms and conditions of employment of all USF employees within the UFF USF Bargaining Unit are governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (PDF). Employees in the UFF USF Bargaining Unit include most faculty outside of Health Sciences (although Nursing and Public Health are in the unit) excluding most chairs (but Arts & Science and Education chairs are in the unit), and many professionals (including librarians, assistants & associates, many advisors, etc.); the complete list is on Appendix A of the contract.
